Total CRAP. Downloaded it and NOTHING a stupid icon that DOES NOTHING

When the Nest goes into AWAY, the controls on Thessa to end Away don’t work. I have to use another app, Climate, to end Away. Please fix!

Works well for simply adjusting the temperature, though it doesn’t seem to be able to handle Heat + Cool mode in which you set a range, which is kind of annoying. It also doesn’t seem to be able to switch modes—only adjust the temperature in the current mode. When it’s more full-featured, it might be worth the $2.99. As is, I’d just use the web portal.

It would be nice if it would allow more. A small annoyance of mine is that it doesn’t show the ‘Away’ status.

I hate going to the web portal every time for a simple adjustment. This is the greatest app I’ve downloaded in a long while!

I have looked for something like this directly from Nest but funny enough founf it here at MAS. The widget works nice, but still lacks 0.5C adjustments. I understand from the developer this is in the works soon. I also asked for energy report and scheduling but apparently Nest doesn’t make this available to the develpers. One this is for sure, the developer is insanely fast in reacting to tweets and emails and went out of his way to help me troubleshoot when I couldn’t get the widget to see my Nest Thermostat. It turned out to be an issue with the firewall at my work network set up. Once I tried a different network all worked like a charm.

Indicates that my system is cooling when it is in heating only mode. [Feature Request] Would be nice if it had an option to manually set the heat/cool/off mode and the fan timer. Great notifacation center addon and only one I’ve seen, don’t lose your leading position!!

As soon as I downloaded the app I get the screen that tells you that it works with Nest but the Continue button is down below my screen and it won’t allow me to scroll to the bottom of this page to sign into my nest account so its unusable right now for me!! Very frustrating that it won’t even let me scroll to the bottom of a stinking page.

To be perfect, this app needs to be able to not only allow you to choose which Nest you want to control (assuming you have more than one) directly from the Notification widget, but it would also seem like a good idea to be able to display multiple nests simultaneously. As it is now (v1.1.1), you can only view one Nest at a time, and choosing which Nest you want to view requires launching the app and changing it’s preferences — hardly a smooth workflow. Would be happy to adjust my stars if these details improve. As of now however, I wish I could have my $2.99 back.

I would really like to have fan control, like on the mobile app.

Was concerned at first after reading comments on version 1.0… but I took a chance and it works well. It now supports multiple thermostats. Easy to switch between them in the widget. Super easy to setup. Will check back later after I hook up my Nest Protect to comment on its functionality with Thessa.
